| Selecting the Appropriate Model |
When a correct code is entered, the Rotarybolt
Z02 solenoid releases the bolt so the blocking bar or cam plate
of the safe can move past the lock body and travel to the unlocked
position. It is important to select the correct lock model,
based on the construction and boltwork movement of your safe.
The drawings to the right illustrate a right-hand and left-hand
lock respectively. Viewed from the back of the lock, if the
safe's blocking bar or cam plate must pass a verticle-down mounted
lock from right to left to unlock, a model 2002-200 lock is
required. If the safe's blocking bar or cam plate must pass
the lock from left to right to unlock, a model 2002-300 is required. |
