TimeMaster, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of security products and tools and therefore has no specific warranty of our own either expressed or implied. We do however act on our customer’s behalf with any specific manufacturer to ensure any stated warranty from the manufacturer of the product is fully and correctly applied.

We also have a link to the warranty page so that you can look up your products warranty. If your product does indeed have a defect that is covered under warranty or you just need to get it repaired please download our RMA request form from the RMA request page.
